Mathematics Review
Mathematics Review is an elective offered as an alternative to Creative Writing for students who wish to develop their math skills. Upon completion of course requirements in our credit option, students may receive a partial make-up credit in Algebra 1, Geometry or Algebra 2. (See below)
Individualized Math Sections
Individual math sections are based on student's previous math studies and the results of a placement test taken in the first days of the program. They are not designed to complete a whole year's course work, but are individualized to the student's needs.
All courses focus on:
• developing math reasoning skills
• the student's abilities and interests in math
• review of basic math skills and concepts
Pre-Algebra

Algebra I
Students review fractions, linear algebraic equations, exponents, and the rules of algebraic simplification.
